Nikki Sullivan
Head Instructor
Nikki has been training for over 16 years. She received her black belt in 2019 from André Galvão, under whom she trained and competed for 6 years at Atos HQ in San Diego, CA. Nikki has competed all over the world in almost every ruleset and has years of teaching experience, as well as a degree in Elementary Education. She moved to Virginia to deepen her understanding of the game and further develop her skills as a coach and
instructor.

Devin Hanneman
Head Instructor
Devin has been training Jiu-Jitsu for over 8 years and in that time has achieved multiple Master World titles in both gi and no gi. He received his brown belt from Ryan Hall in 2023 after winning the 2023 No Gi Worlds, having already developed a reputation as an extremely technical instructor.
Known for his thoughtful approach and strong grasp of the concepts behind the game, he has translated his own development into a guide for others as he continues to work daily to elevate his own skills. After more than 5 years of instructing, he is excited for the opportunity to continue helping others grow in their understanding and application of Jiu-Jitsu.
